F.P.C. "Aridon" S.R.L. ensures that all personal data collected through this employment application form is processed in compliance with Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on Personal Data Protection.

Full name, email address, phone number, as well as any information voluntarily provided by the applicant through the completion of the application form and/or submission of a CV (education, qualifications, professional experience, previous employment, and any other information relevant to the application).

b. Purpose

The personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment and selection process, including:

  • evaluating the application against the requirements of the vacant position;

  • contacting the applicant for clarifications or to schedule an interview;

  • communicating the outcome of the recruitment process; and

  • with the applicant's consent, retaining the application in the company's database for future job opportunities.

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

a. Consent

  • Personal data is processed only with the applicant's explicit consent, expressed by completing the employment application form, checking the consent box and submitting it, or by voluntarily sending a CV to F.P.C. "Aridon" S.R.L.

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent during the recruitment process may result in the applicant's application no longer being considered.

b. Data Security

  • F.P.C. "Aridon" S.R.L. implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.

  • Personal data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process. The data is not shared with third parties and is not used for purposes other than those specified in Section 1.

If the applicant is not selected, the personal data will be retained for a maximum period of three (3) months following the completion of the recruitment process for the purpose of considering the applicant for future vacancies, unless the applicant exercises their right to object to the processing or requests the deletion of their personal data.

Upon expiration of this period, unless the applicant is hired or provides renewed consent, F.P.C. "Aridon" S.R.L. will destroy the personal data or archive it in accordance with its internal procedures.
